The following Terms and Conditions apply to all diary purchases made by you from Daycare Diaries UK Limited either via the website or via contact directly, you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

1. Payment

Payment can be made online with our safebuy accredited payment method. The following cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

Payment can also be made by personal cheque. To make a purchase and pay by personal cheque please contact ask@daycarediaries.co.uk to place your order rather than using the payment method on our website.

2. Acceptance of Order

We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it with an email and send a further email to confirm that we have completed and despatched your order to you.

3. Delivery

Delivery charge is £2.99 anywhere within the UK. Please allow 5 - 9 working days for delivery.

Please email ask@daycarediaries.co.uk for multiple orders of more than 5 in quantity.

4. Cancellation

5. Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase of the CheeekyChoo's Daycare Diary™. If you have a faulty purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, packaging, with your receipt and within 14 days from receipt of goods, . If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
